Members of the VFW gathered with people from across Long Island, the Civil Air Patrol, the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts and the SVA to lay wreaths for veterans at Calverton National Cemetery Dec 16th at 12 pm. With the largest crowd so far, the cemetery was graced with 38,000 wreaths to place on graves. If you have not seen this event it is a thing of beauty.
